About Us:
Voluntary and community action makes our society a better place. We want to make sure that it
achieves that goal with the greatest positive impact on our target market. To realize this, we create
and manage the organization that attracts donors, volunteers and other 501(c)(3) organizations that
share our vision and goals.
We provide food, clothing, healthcare and education to children, senior citizens, the unhoused and
those in need. Our organization and its trustees collectively have over 100+ years of professional
experience, networks and contacts in Pediatric Medicine, Internal Medicine, Private Equity, Venture
Capital, Emergency Medicine, Freemasonry, and Home Health Care. In addition, our trustees have
worked for and/or volunteered with the following organizations: Advocate South Suburban Hospital,
Philippine Medical Association, The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, The University of
Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, American Red Cross, University Medical Center of Southern Nevada.

- A 59-year-old homeless man in North Carolina held up a bank for $1 in order to be sent to jail
and receive healthcare
